Oh Hey!
I’m Lauren!

Trusted Expertise. Carefully Tailored to Your Family.

I specialize in supporting infants and children with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, dysphagia, and tube-to-oral transitions using a trauma-sensitive, play-based, and relationship-driven approach. I love helping families navigate feeding so that mealtimes are full of fun, trust, and safety to explore.

Our Mission

At Well Fed, our mission is to empower families through trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming feeding support that prioritizes connection over compliance. We provide individualized care rooted in evidence-based practice, attunement, and play—helping children and caregivers feel safe, seen, and supported at every step of their feeding journey.

If you're tired of hearing:
"your child is just picky"
"they will eat when they are hungry"
or "they will grow out of it"
then it's time to create a plan that actually works

Core Values of Well Fed Feeding
& Swallowing Therapy

At Well Fed Feeding & Swallowing Therapy, our core values guide every step of care. We believe progress begins with compassion, connection, and collaboration. By honoring each family’s voice, celebrating neurodiversity, and respecting cultural identity, we deliver care that’s both evidence-based and heart-centered. Our approach is playful, trauma-informed, and rooted in trust—empowering families and helping children build lasting confidence and skills around feeding.

Family-Centered Care

We believe that caregivers are the experts on their child. We honor their voice, trust their instincts, and collaborate with them every step of the way.

Relationship First

Connection is at the heart of everything we do. We build trusting, respectful relationships with children and their families to create a safe foundation for growth.

Trauma-Sensitive

We meet every child with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. We support regulation, advocate for autonomy, and celebrate neurodivergent identities.

Evidence-Based with Heart

We blend up-to-date, evidence-based approaches with warmth and flexibility, recognizing that therapy is most effective when it feels safe and individualized.

Playful & Positive Experiences

Feeding therapy should never feel like pressure. We believe joy, exploration, and fun are powerful tools in helping children build lifelong skills and a healthy relationship with food.

Inclusive & Culturally Responsive

We value and respect each family's unique culture, feeding traditions, and values. We aim to provide care that is affirming, equitable, and inclusive for all.
